Beginning on Saturday, July 1, Kentucky residents will have to pay more at the pump.
Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said the gas tax rate will increase by about 2 cents per gallon starting in July.
The increase means Hoosiers will pay more at the gas pump this summer.
Indiana passed a law in 2017 allowing a gas tax increase of up to a cent per year from 2018 to 2024.

All gas stations in Jefferson County and parts of Bullitt and Oldham counties, are required to sell RFG during the summer months.
