Col. Kate Clemmer was promoted this week, as Brian O'Neill was named the new Louisville Fire chief. 

Brian O'Neill is a former U.S. Marine that has been with the Louisville Division of Fire since 2001. 

The lawsuit filed in 2016 claims members of the LMPD SWAT time should have been paid for "on-call" time dating back to 2002.
