Soon, the historic woods of Iroquois Park will glow with thousands of hand-carved pumpkins created by local artists for the fall tradition.

The spectacle began as a competition between neighbors in the 80s.
There will be more than 40 local vendors, palm and tarot card readings, a costume contest for pets and their humans, and spooky photos with a special guest.
Zoo officials say tickets may sell out, and advise the public to purchase tickets early.
