Kentucky workers see bigger paychecks after a tax cut, but experts warn of looming budget shortfalls and deeper cuts to schools and services.

After years of providing care to people in the city's Algonquin neighborhood and the surrounding area, the office on Dixie Highway closed a few years ago. 

At 502 Direct Primary Care in Crestwood, patients pay a flat rate per month no matter how many times they come to the doctor, rather than billing each visit through insurance.

The hospital recognizes those donors during its Living Donor Honor Walk, where staff lines the halls to clap and cheer for those who gave the gift of life.

When Judy Miller thought all hope was lost, things changed.

That lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court on Friday, July 21, by Lanisha Malone, a former employee who worked at Norton Healthcare from 2015 to 2022 and a longtime patient of the network.

The center is looking to hire medical support assistants and housekeeping aids.

The burn center has been operating since 1984.
