The recalled foods were tied to an outbreak of hepatitis A infections in Washington state.

Kindergartners have the highest vaccination rate at 84%, and seniors have the lowest at 46%.

So far, 58 people have died of the disease since an acute outbreak was identified in Nov. 2017.
