Louisville Metro Police officers found a man and a woman shot to death in a passenger truck when they responded around 9 a.m. Sunday to a shooting reported in the parking lot of the Sleep Inn hotel on Preston Highway. 

Louisville ended April with 11 homicides, the 15th consecutive month homicides have reached double-digits.
