The Jackson County Fair runs July 23-29 at the Jackson County Fairgrounds on East County Road 100 South in Brownstown, Indiana.

An autopsy was scheduled for Monday afternoon.

The Office of the Jackson County Attorney released a 15-page report on Friday about the death of Ta'Neasha Chappell. 

An ER report done at the Schneck Medical Center obtained by WDRB News reveals doctors were "Concern the patient may (have) ingested ethylene glycol or methanol."
