A teen boy was arrested Thursday in connection with a shooting in Louisville's Jacobs neighborhood, police say.

The shooting happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. in the 700 block of South Shelby Street.

A teen boy died after a shooting in Louisville's Parkland neighborhood early Sunday morning.

Police believe all parties have been accounted for.

Joshua Phipps was a 3-year veteran of the department.

He'll be sentenced on Feb. 16.

All three people died at the scene.
