According to court records, 36-year-old Winthrop Taylor was arrested after a three-hour crime spree that ended with at least one person injured and shots fired at Louisville police.

Officers were responding to a 911 call at a home on Lincoln Avenue, in a neighborhood off Poplar Level Road near Interstate 264, just after 10:30 p.m. April 26.

A murder suspect is being held in Louisville Metro Corrections on a $1 million bond. 

The LMPD Public Integrity Unit is taking over the case.

Officers shot and killed Yoel Napoles-Ravelo on July 25 on Eagle Wood Drive, off Dixie Highway. 

The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the 17-year-old man who was shot and killed May 14 by a Louisville Metro Police officer.
