Louisville Metro Police Chief Paul Humphrey said on Friday that officers are going to be much more proactive and visible early in the night to try and prevent more street takeovers from happening.

Humphrey and other members of the LMPD command staff laid out the numbers at their bi-weekly news conference, a full picture of crime in the city.
