The trial of Jacob Heil wrapped up with closing arguments on Thursday morning. 

Jacob Heil told police he drank two beers and had just left tailgating when the crash happened.

Jacob Heil is charged with reckless homicide and driving drunk for a crash in 2018 outside a UK football game. 

The attorney asked the court to exclude the results of a breathalyzer test and photos taken after the accident.
