Adam McRay, 34, of Lebanon, was arrested following an investigation into allegations of sexual contact with at least two students.
He died on Monday after the tanker truck he was driving overturned on KY 537 in Marion County as he was on his way to assist Loretto Fire Department on a fire call.
More than 100 people came to pay tribute to him at the Ray Family Cemetery on Saturday, which was only rediscovered in 2015.
