Detectives said they recovered four to five pounds of meth, a "trafficking amount" of marijuana, four handguns and "a large sum" of cash from the suspect's home. 

The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office said Sgt. Quire was conducting speed enforcement on J.T. Riggs Road Saturday night when he spotted a speeding motorcycle.

The drug bust was made following a tip about a suspected distribution operation. 

Police said 8.6 pounds of crystal meth, 22 Clonazepam tablets, 6.6 grams of marijuana, two guns — one of which was stolen — and $640 in cash was seized.
