Construction is now underway on a road in Fairdale that has been closed for more than a year.

Progress continues to be made on Mitchell Hill Road in Fairdale, which closed a year ago after flooding severely damaged it.

Residents in Fairdale have been without a road for nearly a year since part of it washed away due to flooding after storms moved through Louisville, and now it seems they will be without it a little longer.
