The former sheriff was ordered to pay the restitution after he pleaded guilty to 27 felonies related to fraud and theft after he used taxpayer money to pay for a massive car collection, an airplane, designer clothes, guns and jewelry. 

Three properties associated with Jamey Noel have been listed for sale as the state of Indiana wants to release property seized in the case to potentially pay the $3.1 million he owes in restitution.
