Police said he was last seen around 11 a.m. Monday in the 2700 block of Dumesnil Street. 

His caregivers were concerned because he suffers from a traumatic brain injury. 

The man's loved ones told police he does not have his medication and needs medical attention. 

Little was was reported missing late Monday evening. 

Billy Williams was last seen Sept. 11 in the vicinity of 26th and Market streets in the Russell neighborhood.

LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis said Khadija Jama "has been located and is safe."

LMPD reported the teen was found and is safe as of 9:15 Monday evening. 

Police said Todd Modglin has "expressly communicated the desire to harm himself." 

Her family has serious concerns for her mental health.

According to an "Operation Return Home" issued by LMPD, Robert Campisano Jr. was last seen just after 5 p.m. Thursday.
