LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Metro Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing man who needs medical attention.Â
Police are trying to find 38-year-old Christopher Daye. He was last seen on Oct. 24, when he left Audubon Hospital. His family said he has not made contact with them since that day.
Daye's loved ones told police he does not have his medication and needs medical attention.Â
Daye is described as a 5'7" Black male weighing approximately 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.Â
