The city will release body camera video within 10 business days and the Inspector General will also review all officer involved shooting cases. A copy of the case file will be provided to the Commonwealth’s Attorney and KSP for review.
A judge also ordered a competency hearing for Antwon Brown.
James Miller Jr. was released on "shock probation" and will be supervised by probation and parole for the next five years.
Releasing a recording or transcript of the presentation would “promote ‘the ends of justice’ and the search for the truth," according to the motion.

The release of inmates during a global pandemic comes as Louisville faces a “pandemic of a significant increase in violent crime,” Metro Police Chief Steve Conrad said earlier this week.
Holding inmates in Green River is a violation of the 8th Amendment, which is the right to be free from “cruel and unusual punishment," attorneys argue.
Brandon Wood has asthma and the prison in Ohio where he is serving his time is “experiencing an outbreak of the coronavirus with both officers and inmates infected,” according to his attorney.
The governor said the prisoners were serving sentences for Class C and D felonies, the “two lowest-level felonies,” and none was convicted of violent or sex-related crimes.
"Stacking human beings on top of each other during a pandemic is especially hazardous to our officers working inside the jail, as well as the inmates they manage," said a spokesman for the jail's FOP.
