Six firefighters were injured while battling a structure fire in Nelson County Thursday afternoon.

Officials with Louisville Metro and St. Matthews suddenly and unexpectedly closed the strip mall indefinitely six weeks ago after a partial roof collapse.

The restaurant is suing for lost profits during the closure citing a "breach of contract" and "negligence."

Inspectors posted signs saying "Warning Dangerous Structure" on doors businesses Friday afternoon.
