The men were arrested about a week apart in two separate cases after detectives with the Jeffersonville Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children unit received multiple cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
As part of Monday's deal, Noel was ordered to pay more than $3.1 million in restitution to four different public agencies.
Noel's jury trial was scheduled to start in November.
Hope Noel, who was married to Jamey's brother Leon — who died in 2018 — told WDRB she always had suspicions about her former brother-in-law.
The St. Matthews Police Department said the case is one of the largest in its history.
