Engineers with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the Indiana Department of Transportation finalized plans for emergency repairs of the Kentucky Approach that shut down the bridge July 27.

All lanes of Interstate 64 will close for three days in each direction to prepare for the bridge project.
