A southern Indiana man was arrested recently after he was found dancing in the street while holding a rare turtle.

Chad G. Heishman, 36, was arrested Wednesday by Indiana State Police during a traffic stop after an investigation that was launched in April.

Police arrested a man in southern Indiana accused of impregnating a 15-year-old girl.
