A student at Central High School is being praised for her quick action after authorities say she may have saved the life of a man shot in Louisville's Russell neighborhood last Wednesday.
Louisville resident Whitney Austin, who survived a deadly shooting at a Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati last year, was one of several people who spoke at the event.
