One of the men set to be sentenced next month in the fatal shooting of Tyree Smith at a Louisville bus stop in 2021 appeared in court Thursday on charges of having drugs in jail.

Kimberly Stayton, 43, is charged with first degree promoting contraband, second degree trafficking in a controlled substance and first degree forgery.
