The Louisville Addiction Center officially opened Wednesday on East Market Street in NuLu.

Police are still looking for the baby's mother and say she may have the same infection and needs medical treatment.

"I feel good and I feel healthy," she said following treatment.

Changes under the federal health care overhaul means health insurance companies will be required to pay for substance abuse and addiction treatment beginning next year.
