Brett Liter, 17, is the president of Future Farmers of America locally and holds the title as best tractor driver in Kentucky after winning an FFA competition. 

Families can pick up free meals from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Fridays at Trimble County High and Milton Elementary schools.

An investigation into an alleged "inappropriate relationship" with a student ended with the resignation of 23-year-old Alexandra Lawhorn.

Parents in Trimble County said they are shaken by what they call a breach of trust after a teaching assistant was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student. 

Police say 23-year-old Alexandra Lawhorn is charged with tampering with physical evidence and engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor.
