LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Trimble County High School student created quite the prom proposal after a tornado passed through the area last week.
Brett Liter, 17, is the president of Future Farmers of America locally and holds the title as best tractor driver in Kentucky after winning an FFA competition.
Liter plowed a prom proposal in his field spelling "Prom?" in Milton, Kentucky.
