The restaurant plans to open in the spring of 2022.

Officials with Waterfront Park say it will be a family-friendly grab-and-go cafe. 

Concert-goers will get a look at the kind of food that will be served at Doc’s Cantina, which will go in where the Tumbleweed used to be at Waterfront Park.

The group that brought Louisville Doc Crow's and La Coop are set to take over the waterfront space left vacant by Tumbleweed.
