The Hats for Hope Fashion Show is inspired by Kim Heath, a metastatic melanoma cancer patient who died in January.
The visit was part of the team's effort to spread cancer awareness ahead of its Cancer Awareness game on Wednesday.
The goal is to help families "go from feeling hopeless to hopeful," UofL said in a news release.
