A proposed development that would add more than a dozen new homes off Newburg Road has concerned those who live nearby.

The Upper Highlands Neighborhood Association will host a public meeting regarding Newburg road at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the third floor auditorium of Sullivan University’s School of Pharmacy.
