Morrow was fired from Utica Police Department on May 1.
A special judge issued a ruling Friday to put the three members of the Utica Jeffersonville Fire Board back on the board.

The charges come as the former Clark County sheriff nears the end of a 60-day stay behind bars for contempt of court.

According to search warrant documents released Tuesday, the shipping containers full of surplus property were found at a business in Deputy, Indiana.
