LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – Challenges abound, challenges for everybody. That was the theme for the most recent episode of the WDRB+ streaming sports talk show, “Overtime,” with Rick Bozich and Eric Crawford.

Louisville heads to No. 4-ranked North Carolina for the first of three straight games (at Wake Forest, at home against Duke next Tuesday) in which the Cardinals will be heavy underdogs. What does success look like in that three-game stretch for Kenny Payne and his team?

In its 97-92 overtime loss at Texas A&M on Saturday, Kentucky gave up big offensive numbers to a team that didn’t break 60 in its two prior SEC games, both losses. Is it time to be concerned with the defense for the No. 10-ranked Wildcats.

The Hoosiers are 12-5, but they lack a quality win.

And on Tuesday night, Indiana plays host to No. 2-ranked Purdue in a must-win game for its NCAA Tournament resume.

The rest of the rundown from today’s show:

  • With losses for many Top 10 teams last week, who’s overrated and who’s not?
  • Kentucky offensive coordinator Liam Coen is reported to be in on a couple of offensive coordinator jobs. How big a loss would his departure be for the Wildcats?
  • Catching up with some old friends, Bozich and Crawford take a look at the recent experience of former Louisville women’s basketball player Hailey Van Lith (now with LSU) and former men’s player Jae'Lyn Withers, now with North Carolina.
  • A rundown of some surprises in the first round of the NFL playoffs.
  • A look at the Indiana women’s lopsided loss at Iowa.
