After a two-year pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the St. Patrick's Parade returned to the Highlands on Saturday afternoon.
There will be several kickoff events leading up to the big parade parade this year.
The parade starts at 3 p.m. at the corner of Broadway and Baxter Avenue.
