A Nelson County judge delayed a decision on whether to reduce bond for one of three suspects in the disappearance of Crystal Rogers.
Lawson said he didn't think attorney Ted Lavit was doing a good job. Judge Charles Simms III ordered the public defender’s office to appoint a new attorney for Lawson by Aug. 22.
A motion filed on March 26 requests a postponement of the May 27 trial date for more time to test the DNA of two hairs found in Rogers' car nearly a decade ago.
