After an historically long government shutdown, some believe refunds will go out, but they think a slight delay is probable, and they're also worried about what might happen if the government shuts down again at the end of next week.
Louisville residents and families who earned less than $66,000 in 2019 are eligible to receive the free tax preparation services.
The services are available to families or individuals who earned less than $66,000 in 2020.
