A new presidential order recently hit the sites with 10% tariffs, and shoppers are not happy.
All sales in the U.S. are now handled by locally based sellers.
The lawsuit accuses the online shopping platform of "unlawful data collection, violations of customers' privacy and counterfeiting some of Kentucky's most iconic brands."
