The American flag

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear says he's working on making a permanent COVID-19 memorial a reality on the Capitol grounds, to replace the temporary American flags now in place.

This will coincide with Veteran's Day on Nov. 11 and throughout the 12 days, there will be 17 educational, patriotic, community or civic events.
