No planes, no fireworks and millions of dollars will be lost due to the cancellation of Thunder Over Louisville.
A plane is set to fly over Louisville on Saturday afternoon to pay tribute to what would have been the rescheduled day for Thunder Over Louisville.
Officials say no mass gatherings will be permitted at the Waterfront, but "there will still be airplanes and fireworks."
