LMPD said Herbert Lee shot an officer in the chest when they approached him at Shawnee Park on Sunday evening. Lee was known to have warrants, according to police.
It happened at the Dirt Bowl tournament at the park around 8 p.m. on July 10.
The department said Friday it is blurring the faces of witnesses before releasing all of the footage.
