Bids will be opened Thursday for the overhaul of the Watterson Expressway between Westport Road and I-71 that includes widening the interstate and reworking the interchange at U.S. 42.
Work is scheduled to start this week on the much-awaited widening of the I-264 highway between Westport Road and I-71.
