  • 1 cup Lucky Charms, marshmallow pieces, sorted from box of cereal

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Melt the candy coating according to package directions and spread on the parchment paper
  • Drop spoonfuls of melted green candy melts on top of the white bark and swirl with a wooden skewer
  • Top with marshmallows, candies and sprinkles
  • When cool, break into pieces and store in an airtight container

Beer Cheese Fondue

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup craft beer (pilsners, lagers, and wheat beers are all great options)
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  • In a bowl, toss the cheeses and cornstarch together until well mixed
  • Add the beer, garlic, and dry mustard to a deep pot on the stove (or an electric fondue pot) and bring to a low simmer
  • Pour in the heavy cream, and continue to cook at a very low simmer, stirring constantly
  • Remove from heat and fold in the cheese, working in batches and stirring each time until smooth. If necessary, return the pot to heat, but only at a very low setting to help the melting along
  • Pour the mixture into a serving post and rewarm as necessary
Serve with assorted sliced meats, shrimp, breads, pretzels, vegetables and sliced apples.
