LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The 2nd annual "Steins on Main" brings an Oktoberfest celebration to Downtown Louisville.

WDRB's Keith Kaiser joined some organizers before the German-inspired festival.

This special event was postponed from mid-September to Saturday, Oct. 12 at Repurposed on Main (615 W Main St) from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Louisville Downtown Partnership, Louisville Ale Trail, and Against the Grain Brewery combine forces to feature German-inspired cuisine, games, contests, music, and an expanded lineup of local breweries.

Steins on Main is free to the public and showcases 12 local breweries including: Mile Wide Beer Co., Against the Grain Brewery, Atrium Brewing, Monnik Beer Co., Hop Atomica, Country Boy Brewing, Trellis Brewing, Awry Brewing, Shippingport Brewing, Ten20 Craft Brewery, Hometown Brewing, and Hi-Wire Brewing.

Additionally, Log Still Distillery joins this year's celebration as the official "Spirit of Steins" bourbon sponsor.
