gusts up to 60 mph. For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to
35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...All of central Indiana including Lawrence, Jackson, & Jennings counties. Carroll County in Kentucky is under the High Wind Warning until 8 AM Monday.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For
the Wind Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will pass through tonight, after
which the wind direction will become west-northwesterly.

Peak wind gusts with this system have topped out around 60 mph across the Plains and around or even well over 50 mph in the Ohio River Valley region.
