Woman arrested downtown Louisville 7-02-20

On Thursday morning, WDRB photojournalist Frank Stamper reported seeing eight officers guarding the memorial as repairs were conducted. An officer on the scene said it would take several hours to fix.
An LMPD spokesperson said the department, "has no issue with anyone livestreaming. But many of those livestreaming are also protesting. And anyone protesting who fails to follow police orders to disperse may be arrested."
