This July 9, 2019 photo shows part of country musician Zac Brown's log home, visible from Dorothy Drive overlooking Kachemak Bay in Homer, Alaska. Brown has lost a bid to limit public access to his property. Brown had asked the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission to remove easements allowing the access along his property in hills above Homer, a small city on Kachemak Bay on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, KSRM-AM reported Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019. The commission voted 5-4 against Brown's request Monday following more than two hours of public testimony. (Michael Armstrong/Homer News via AP)
