The death toll and number of injured is expected to go up, according to Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear.
Anyone with a missing family member who may have been near the crash site is urged to call 800-631-0604 to make a report.
A lawsuit was filed Wednesday against UPS, General Electric and Boeing, claiming the companies' recklessness contributed to the plane crash Tuesday at Louisville's airport that killed at least 13 people.
