Catholic Charities Intent to Demolish

The future of several well-known Louisville buildings is up in the air.
The ruling means Catholic Charities can't move ahead with a $7.5 million project that would have involved tearing down the school, gym and convent.
Catholic Charities owns the Holy Name complex and wants to tear three of the five buildings down in order to build a new headquarters.
