It was the second shooting involving teens at the same location in less than eight hours.

The shootings happened Wednesday night and Thursday morning on Cecil Avenue in the Shawnee Neighborhood.
Police are pointing to guns and social media as the drivers for the violence -- and now the feds are getting involved.
The suspect is also one of three teens who was shot in Louisville's Shawnee neighborhood Monday night, police say.
