LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Kick off the New Year with a visit to the Falls of the Ohio State Park.
The park is hosting a hike from 1-2:30 p.m. on New Year's Day, Dec. 31. The program is free, but there is a $2 parking fee.
Visitors can hike the fossil beds, look for winter birds and learn about Devonian sea life along the riverbank.
The Interpretive Center will be closed that day.
