LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new resource in Louisville is providing clothes to people in need.
The "Friendship Closet," located at the Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods in partnership with the Chabad of Kentucky, is basically a mini store full of clothes, essential items and shoes for adults and children.
The goal is to help people in need and improve the community.
"Being caring is giving empathy and concern for people you don't know," said Tonika Reed with OSHN. "Being caring means giving a listening ear, noticing when someone needs help and helping without asking for anything in return."
The office is located on the fifth floor of the L&N building on Broadway.
